Eamonn Cody

Eamonn is a neurodivergent-affirming Clinical Psychologist with experience working in public and community health services, and private practice. He works with young people and adults to tackle a range of difficulties, including low mood, depression, self-esteem issues, anxiety, stress, anger management, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorders, trauma, personality disorders, and eating disorders. He also works with couples experiencing difficulties in their relationship. Eamonn has a particular interest in addressing existential crises and difficulties in adjusting to life-changes.
Eamonn works primarily within an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework and tailors this therapy to the individual. He works collaboratively with his clients to move them towards their identified goals. Eamonn aims to empower his clients to identify and reflect on emotional, behavioural, and psychological habits that are no longer helpful, motivating them towards meaningful change. He is also extensively trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy as well as Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy.
Eamonn holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society. He is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and the Psychology Board of Australia.

James Sepansky

James is a neurodivergent-affirming Clinical Psychologist with a passion for working with adults and young people who are struggling with their mental health. He also works with people experiencing problems in their relationships with a specific focus on non-monogamous relationships. He has worked in public health settings, hospital mental health inpatient units and private practice for a number of years. James has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, obsessive-compulsive disorders, personality issues, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, and anger problems.
James works with people of trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse experiences, as well as the broader LGBTQIA+ community on identity and other issues. He is able to provide letters of assessment and recommendation for gender-affirming surgeries to existing clients in accordance with WPATH guidelines.
James has received extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. He believes that therapy is best delivered tailored to the individual. James focuses on helping his clients learn new skills, and to use the skills they already have, to live a rich, full and meaningful life.
James holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority and Psychology Board of Australia. James has been approved as a supervisor for people undergoing registration as general psychologists and clinical psychologists by the Psychology Board of Australia.

Natasha Galvin

Natasha is a Psychotherapist with a master’s degree in counselling. They work with adults, young people and children with autism and ADHD and those who are struggling with trauma, personality disorders, gender and sexuality issues, anxiety, low mood and burnout. They have an interest in working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
Natasha is neurodivergent themselves and understand the unique challenges that these populations can face in their day-to-day life.
Natasha has interests in relationship counselling, life coaching, intimacy, gender, sexuality and childhood development. They are LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous friendly. They have certificates in Level 1 Gottman relationship counselling, neurodivergent-affirming Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and also practices in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and play therapy for child clients.
Natasha works with individuals struggling with self-harm, suicidal ideation, mood disorders and people with Borderline Personality Disorder. They also provides tailored support to neurodivergent individuals and provide post-diagnosis counselling for autism and ADHD.
Natasha is able to provide support and treatment for sexual health issues including arousal disorders, vaginismus and painful intercourse. Natasha offers kink and fetish friendly counselling. Natasha employs an integrative model of counselling, combining aspects of several theories and techniques to suit different individual’s needs.

Dr Martha Harrison

Martha is a Clinical Psychologist (DClinPsy, BSc Psychology) from the UK, who recently moved to Australia to continue her life’s work to support people in breaking free of mental patterns and life situations that hold them back. With extensive experience working across diverse settings, including the NHS, private practice, and a holistic health retreat, she integrates a mind-body approach to understand and alleviate distress.
Martha has specialised in trauma-focused therapy, including training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), enabling effective support for those recovering from events that have overwhelmed their ability to cope. Additionally, she has a particular interest in working with identity development and has supported both adults and young people navigating gender diversity, offering compassionate care tailored to each individual.
Having undergone specific training in autism assessment, Martha provides thorough and thoughtful evaluations, with a focus on understanding the nuances in the neurodivergent experience. She aims to help those across the spectrum appreciate their strengths and difficulties so they can overcome barriers and move in the direction of a personally fulfilling life.
Martha believes in tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). It is the most rewarding part of her work to see client’s experience ‘light bulb’ moments of insight, awareness and growth.

Sabrina Adamec

Sabrina is a neurodivergent -affirming Clinical Psychology Registrar. She is passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, to navigate a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, and burnout. Sabrina has a strong interest in supporting high-masking individuals and supporting the comorbidities associated with neurodivergence, such as PMDD, fibromyalgia, etc.
Sabrina provides a non-judgmental and warm therapeutic space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. She is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She believes in the value of client-led therapy and tailors her therapy sessions to the individual needs of her clients so that they can be empowered to achieve meaningful change. She provides neurodivergent-affirming care and is LGBTQIA+ friendly.
In addition to therapeutic services, Sabrina has experience in the assessment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and giftedness, in both private and public health-based settings. She takes a strengths-based and neuro-affirming approach, ensuring that individual capabilities are highlighted alongside recommendations for related difficulties.

Janet Mosquera

Janet is a registered Psychologist with over 20 years experience in providing therapy to individuals from diverse cultural and language backgrounds as well as the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. Janet is bilingual and can conduct sessions in both English and Spanish. Janet strives to create a warm, non-judgmental environment in order to build a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients.
Janet provides neurodivergent-affirming mental health care to individuals from diverse backgrounds and is trained in identifying and working with high masking presentations of ADHD and Autism.

Mona Buttigieg

Mona is a registered Psychologist with over 10 years experience in assessment administration and brief counselling. Mona provides a non-judgemental and dignified approach to assessment and diagnosis and has experience and training in assessing high-masking neurodivergent presentations. Mona understands the importance of self discovery and endeavours to provide a positive space to explore identity, life struggles and to process late diagnosis grief.
Mona is an LGBTQIA+ friendly and neurodivergent affirming psychologist who conducts assessment for high-masking Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.
Mona has received specific assessment and diagnostic training for Autism and ADHD through Attwood and Garnett Consultants and is familiar with the latest research on the diverse presentations of these conditions. Mona believes in conducting thorough and accurate assessments and endeavours to provide affirming and validating assessment experiences.
Mona has a Bachelors degree in psychology and holds general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

Jamie is a student psychotherapist currently undertaking a diploma in counselling. They provide inclusive and non-judgemental counselling for adults and young people struggling with issues related to ADHD, Autism, gender, sexuality or relationships, as well as those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression or low mood.
Jamie believes in working collaboratively with their clients to tailor the therapy experience to the client’s individual needs and goals. Jamie is also neurodivergent, and offers neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamy affirming therapy. They provide a safe and supportive counselling environment where clients can explore all aspects of their lives and work towards positive change.
Jamie has a particular interest and expertise in working with people who work in creative or performing arts fields, those practising or considering non-traditional relationship styles, and those exploring their gender identity. They also offer kink, fetish and diverse sexuality friendly counselling.
Jamie is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and has undergone additional training with Attwood and Garnett consultants for assessment and therapy for high masking presentations of neurodivergence. They provide support for neurodivergent clients seeking help with unmasking and self-acceptance.
